The flag-raising ceremony and inauguration of A Pa Chai Flagpole will take place in Sin Thau commune, Muong Nhe district, Dien Bien province. According to Plan No. 1531/KH-UBND of Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee, the flag-raising ceremony and inauguration of A Pa Chai Flagpole will take place on May 7. This is an event of profound political and cultural significance, affirming the heroic historical value of the nation and continuing to arouse patriotism and national pride for today's and future generations.

A Pa Chai Flagpole was built in association with heroic historical marks. The project not only has high symbolic value, demonstrating the indomitable spirit and aspiration for peace of the Vietnamese people, but is also a highlight in the cultural and tourism space of the Northwest region.

Accordingly, the inauguration ceremony will be held at the border intersection of the three countries of Vietnam - Laos - China. The flag raising ceremony will be held at the A Pa Chai Flagpole yard, high point 1432, coordinates 8088206986 in Sin Thau commune, Muong Nhe district.

A Pa Chai Flagpole started construction in October 2023, with a height of more than 45m, marking the border intersection of the three countries of Vietnam - Laos - China, while also carrying cultural and tourism values.

The event also contributed to reviewing the heroic and glorious revolutionary tradition of the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of all ethnic groups in Dien Bien province over 116 years of construction and development, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, welcoming the 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

The flag-raising ceremony and inauguration of the A Pa Chai Flagpole is not only an activity to commemorate and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, but also contributes to promoting the image of the land and people of Dien Bien with rich tourism potential to domestic and international friends./.
