On the morning of August 29th, a working delegation from Vestas Development A/S, led by Mr. Frank Sine, Senior Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region, had a meeting in Dien Bien Province regarding wind power projects. During a working visit to Dien Bien province, on the afternoon of June 26, Mr. Meynardo LB.
