On the evening of March 6th, at the Muong Thanh Tourism Market area in Dien Bien Phu Ward, Dien Bien Province held the opening ceremony of the exhibition, promotion and introduction of cultural and tourism products and cultural experience spaces within the framework of the 2026 Ban Flower Festival.
