On the evening of January 12th, at 7/5 Square, Dien Bien Phu City, the Dien Bien Phu Cherry Blossom Festival 2024 with the theme "Experience Pa Khoang - Admire Cherry Blossoms" was officially opened.
Dien Bien Phu Cherry Blossom Festival is expected to take place from January 12 - 14, 2024
On the morning of November 21, Mr. Tran Quoc Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee had a working session with the City Party Committee and People's Committee of the Dien Bien Phu City, along with relevant departments, agencies and branches on the preparation of the Cherry Blossom Festival in 2024. Attending the meeting was Mr. Le Thanh Do - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Khau Ho Tet (New Rice Festival) in Pa Xa Laos

Time: In the early spring (after the Lunar New Year) - Location: Muong Lay Town, Dien Bien Province
